Discount Phoenix 99608 Magnetic Recumbent Exercise Bike

If I'm not reading a book, I'm writing one. It's a great life, but unfortunately requires too much sitting. Everything above the waist gets plenty of exercise; everything below the waist occasionally walks to the bathroom or kitchen. I have tried T.V. exercise programs, joining a gym or just walking, but the problem is my short attention span; I just get so bored I can't keep it up. Tired of dealing with the guilt of failing to be responsible for my own health, I looked around on the net and discovered the Phoenix magnetic recumbent exercise bike, (where I live you have to be fearless or suicidal to ride a real bike and I am neither). The best price for the bike was at Amazon, so I didn't even have to fight traffic to get it, (another one of those fearless, suicidal things). Putting the bike together was easy and almost fun. They even provided a little multipurpose tool so I didn't have to ransack the kitchen drawers for a facsimile. The bike weighs over sixty pounds and is really sturdy, it can carry 250 lbs, so if my latest diet fails miserably I can still use it. It doesn't take up much floor space, about the same as a recliner and the leg length is easily adjustable so anyone in the family can use it. The most important thing about the Phoenix is that you can sit comfortably and read a book or watch T.V. while you peddle your way through whatever time you have allotted for exercise. Above all else, this is why I selected the Phoenix. I don't have to think about exercise or bounce around, I just peddle at a comfortable speed while I `m doing something that interests me. The bike has a digital readout that tells you how many miles you've ridden, how many calories you've burned and how long you've been at it. I can always find time to read a book and if it's a good book I have set a bell timer or I find myself doing seven and eight miles instead of the five I decided to start with. Physically I could feel the difference by the second day and after a week I found I wasn't making up excuses to walk beyond the kitchen or bathroom. By the second week I was becoming so disgustingly exuberant that my daughter and her husband were discussing the possibility of a joint adventure into exercise land via the Phoenix magnetic recumbent excise bike. The bottom line is did I get what I paid for? The answer is, I got a lot more than I expected for the money. Get more detail about Phoenix 99608 Magnetic Recumbent Exercise Bike.
