Easily assembled. A little longer than I expected but I found the room.
Nice and quiet which I really like.
Easily changes over from bike to rowing machine
Like the readout too - large enough to read easily
Only drawback was my heart rate monitor chest belt doesn't work with the machine. I have to still wear my watch when I work out...otherwise it's a great deal and a great price. No shipping charges which really really helped.
I checked around locally and nobody could get close to this price from Amazon!!Get more detail about Stamina Conversion II Recumbent Bike / Rower.
